Bug in installation

Hi all,
I have a problem. In the installation, I click on my language, I select the TMUF folder and the software closes itself.(Windows tell me :"ManialinkDesignerDX met a problem and must be closed. We ask you to excuse us for the incurred inconvenience.")
I have The Microsoft FrameWork 4.
Can you help me please ?
(PS : If you can, answer in french because I'm french. Otherwise, I can understand english ! thx !)

hmm may try to start with administrator rights, could help
